Phone call from HMRC yesterday

"Hi, we haven't heard from you since the end of April and just (wanted to give you a push).

I said
"I've got until the 26th to reply haven't I...?"

"Oh yes...but err.....I just wondered if there's anything I can help with...."

Asked him a few questions regarding the repayment and of Felicitas and he had no answers. He was never equipped to answer any questions because they were just using him as part of their pressure tactics.
