What can be said is he sent out decision notices, which can't be appealed, without being in possession of the facts.

This mistake was pointed out to HMRC, mid-way through his mailing, and they immediately stopped sending any more letters.

Of course, the crooked bastards didn't recall the letters they'd already sent in error. They've left the incorrect decision to stand because it suits their corrupt agenda.

    Angry, me? You fukking bet!!!

I did look into this a few years ago. I get some lovely PMs saying how it is awful for a year - then it is wonderful.

I have been fighting 11.5 years now with no end in sight. I can't even raise a smile at Gauke/Hammond getting the push. But I will fight HMRC with every breath in my body.

If you are thinking of taking on HMRC brace yourselves for years of downright dishonest behaviour and draining your wallets. These are civil servants in name only.

    This is news to you?

To be clear, HMRC run the treasury. To fight HMRC you need incredibly deep pockets and lots of time. Its not a level playing field. Occasionally the little guy does win.

started a topic HMRC will stoop to anything to squash scheme users

HMRC will stoop to anything to squash scheme users

This is how they recently treated one group of users.

    -------------------------

HMRC started sending out a decision notice to the users.

About two thirds of the way through the mailing they are made aware that the decision is totally flawed.

They immediately desist sending out any more letters.

    Did they acknowledge their mistake?
Did they withdraw the decisions they'd already issued?

    What do you think!!!
