If you read the other AML thread you'll find that this is already well documented.

    "Hi,

I can confirm that the letter you received from HMRC is an information letter.

The Contractor Loan Settlement Opportunity is a new law that will affect any outstanding loans that you have. This as such affects the loans you have with Knox House Trust. The way the arrangement works was that we arranged for our clients to receive loans from a third party trust. As such, this new law is in reference to Knox House Trust, not AML. Because of this, I would suggest contacting them as they will have a lot more accurate information. I can confirm that they have nominated PTS Limited as their contact point. PTS’s contact details are settlements@pts-tax.com or 01624 639344.

Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

These were the guys always advising NOT to mention the loans anywhere on your annual SATR.
