    2.2 National Insurance contributions (NICs): employed contractors
    Employed contractors will not have to pay NICs personally but HMRC may still pursue their employer or other liable party.

    Im still not clear if im liable for NIC on the overall PAYE and Loan amounts.
    I was working via AML & smartpay was i defined as a contractor ? Im not sure how to tell ?

  • National Insurance payments on loans during HMRc settlement

    Im sure this has been asked before hand but is it the case that national insurance is not charged by HMRC on these loan calculations ?
    Meaning the National Insurance charges in bold below do not apply ?
