I think at last count we were 100 and counting.

The sort of campaign being described here is something that we have not done within Big Group to date on the grounds that the agencies etc are unlikely to be able to do much about historical tax issues.

    Pushing for removal of IR35
Pushing for removal of the loan charge
Pushing for a definition of "worker" for tax and employment purposes

    Dear All,

I am undertaking an awareness campaign to contact employment agencies in London to promote the parliament petition to encourage a debate in parliament in regards to the Loan charge.
As contractors can you confirm which agencies you were working for pre-2017 when you received loans? (I have Morgan Hunt, Venn Group, FRCE, Badenoch and Clark so far)
Also, the names of the Loans companies preferably that have had HMRC enquiries? I have Smartpay/Principal contractors so far.
Third which job roles/sectors this hit. I.e social workers in social care, Nurse locums in NHS.

Working...
