Employer NIC notices

Be aware that HMRC is issuing notices under section 8 of the Social Security Contributions Act for employers NIC.

These are going to end clients and those we have seen are for 2013/14.

Clearly these have the capacity to unsettle your relationship with such clients if you are still with them.

If you get one - go and take some advice.
