    Exactly. Before I think to go back beyond 6 years needed you to got off fraud. So off to court.

    LC, just brands everyone guilty, without a charge or anything.

    Add to that that they have known about this for 10 plus years it is morally wrong, retrospective, and punitive. But the general public, who only know what the papers tell them, think it is correct and fair.

    Hi
    I was involved in a scheme for 3 years.
    I have had letters back an forth with HMRC regarding self assessments and the amounts they estimate as underpayment. I currently have sums of money 'suspended on appeal' on following tax years
    11-12 approx 19K
    12-13 approx 22K
    13-14 correspondence in progress.

    My question is if I paid these amounts what would happen when 2019 LC occurs?
