Got to say that we're just over a week from closing our latest resolution approach and I really don't have time to rehash the last 3 years.
I suggest that a couple of hours of time invested will help narrow your questions.
For the moment, my view is:
Silence does not mean anything other than HMRC poor administration.
Rangers is something that HMRC seems to want to ignore.
We have seen this year a Budget, a Finance Bill, a revised finance bill, Rangers, Settlement opportunity, another Budget and a Finance Bill tomorrow.
A lot to take in and HMRC has been stalling behind all this in many cases.

Big Group Steer please - Experince to date
Hi all
I'm up and running on here now....
I know I'm jumping into a deep pool here and you've probably discussed these things to death, but I'd be grateful for some experience to date.
Like many I got letters of investigation from HMafia in my case 2011 to 2013 and a bill for £32k !! This was January 2017 A figure plucked from the air I could only assume.
I appealed as we do and earlier this year they requested more info which was duly supplied via AML / PCL. For the period in question I'd used Winchester / AML-PCL and Garraway, being naïve to the trail it would lead.
So here I am in November 17 and its all quiet. Nothing further from the mafia, every day for months I expect to come home and find an APN......not good for the soul !!
Has anyone else seen it go quiet ? If so is there a reason given the Rangers outcome ?
