Tax QC Thornhill faces disciplinary over professional misconduct - 19 Oct 2015 - Accountancy Age

Without jumping to conclusions here this is potentially not good news.

I've met Mr Thornhill professionally and he struck me as somebody who arrives at his conclusions after a rigorous analysis and with due thought. Whilst I may have disagreed with his analysis in the situation I was looking at, that does not mean it was incorrect or in any way influenced.

It is to be hoped that he can successfully defend himself against these accusations.
