Mine arrived in 3 small packets with wrong info. They not even mentioned where I have enquiries open. But unfortunately I cannot hold them accountable when they issue an APN that enquiry was not in information they provided meLeave a comment:

I will look out some sample template letters I used for other DPA request I have used previously.

HMRC Data Protection Act requests
Has anyone made a DPA request to HMRC and, if so, can you share if you had any joy.
I would like to request:
1) copies of all correspondence between HMRC and me or my advisors regarding any of the s9 enquiries
2) copies of all correspondence between HMRC and my scheme promoters regarding my particular scheme
3) copies of all submitted tax returns for the last 15 years
Can anyone share their experiences here?
