Stupid human bodies
Trained last Monday lunchtime, did dumbbell clean and press 5 sets of 5. Tried a new weight and struggled, eventually failed on the very last rep.
Hence this week I did it again with the same weight.
I got through 3 sets before adding more weight and finishing the last two sets without much effort even then. I honestly thought I had the weights wrong so I checked my notes but it was right.
I put extra weight on dumbbell rows until I ran out of plates but could still do the reps.
I then did some ab-wheel roll outs (kneeling ones) and they were okay too.
I felt like Iron Man, did some press-ups to finish off and somehow put my neck out?!??!?!
