    One costs me nothing over the short term. In fact it currently pays me a handsome bonus every month for as long as interest rates remain low.

    The other costs me in the short term. However the long-term yield is somewhat greater. And I imagine come the day I'm looking to work less the income would be greater.

    One egg has to die. Which one do I choose?
