Contractors!
Had a contractor ask for a 121 yesterday to discuss their renewal. They moaned about their manager and said they'd rather work for directly (they were difficult to work with so I put a manager on top). They were after going perm for some reason and when I explained i had no perm headcount they said they'd rather quit(!). Very odd, so I granted their wish.
Couldn't quit figure that one out.
