    Yes this poll has surprised me. I thought it would be full of £1K a day London types with £10K a month interest only 40 year mortgage on a bedsit types.

    That's my 1/2 including the service charge for the building.

    If I had to cover the whole thing (inc service charge) it would be 1.34

    These are of the gross day rate including flat rate VAT.

    Are we doing gross or net?
