The wine menu ran to bottles for 1K. They didn't have chips on the menu. Proper classy joint.

I ordered the steak.
Waitress : What would you like with it?
Me : I only see potatoes, or potatoes and veg as options.
Waitress : That's correct sir, but the potatoes are very nice.
Me : How do you prepare them?
Waitress : They are roast potatoes sir.
Me : Oh.
Waitress : Is there a problem sir?
Me : I was just hoping they could be prepared slightly differently.
Waitress : How would you like them prepared?
Me : Sliced into lengths and sautéed under about 6 inches of hot oil.
Waitress : Ah, no, Ted.
