    I remember from your previous clientco you were nearly indespinsible. Have you made yourself that indespensible at new clientco?

    As you say, finance market is very tough right now. But you don't ask you don't get!

    At the end of the day its how much they need you versus how much you need them!

    My sponsoring manager scheduled a meeting today re a raise request that I mentioned to him 6 weeks back, for when a potential renewal comes in March.

    Thought I'd give him some notice.

    He doesn't hold the purse strings directly, but would hold sway with those that do.

    Will he come through?
