yep
I just checked with 'eco-looney' the greenie prediction website

they reckon the IPCC predict warmer and drier summers, so a 100% chance of a hosepipe ban

for anyone who want to take the opposite bet, your luck is in

the IPCC also predict global weirding, a wiggly jet stream and flooding, 0% chance of a hosepipe ban

so its a win win .

Hosepipe ban

Was thinking of going down to the bookies and placing a bet on the odds of ban in place during the summer of 2014.

£500 down on 23/1 - worth it?? Yeah you live once eh.
