    Watched part of Series 1 a year or two ago but then slightly lost interest, although it was OK in its way.

    Where are they by the end of Series 4? Must be approaching the '70s I should imagine and all moaning about strikes and power cuts.

    My Christmas was made complete at approximately 11am on Christmas Day when Malc walked over to the CD player, deftly removed a disc from its plastic case, inserted it into the empty drawer that proferred itself like a hungry fledgling and, following a few button clicks, we were greeted with the following words:
