If you're a typical contractor, what do you do that needs a named business banking manager? I've been with the Co-op bank for many years now, I can't remember the last time i was in the bank for anything to do with business banking, must have been about 4-5 years ago now. I had to pay in a cheque last year, the wife did it as she went past the bank.

Their business phone lines are more than good enough for the rare times I need to speak to them.

No I just walk into the branch 5-10 minutes from the house. He writes down the time & on a little card so I don't forget.

Who do you hold your business account with?

Looking for a supplier whose account manager would be accessible via an email and a non-premium number.

    Thanks.
