In terms of requirements what does the phrase "too many inputs" mean?
1) Too many people having a say on the requirements - agreement will never be reached you will end up trying to get people to sign off hundreds of requirements etc etc ect
2) Literally whatever system you are working on is going to have too many inputs.
How do you rank your stakeholders? (any real life examples much appreciated)
But also you need to get to know them - you may have some low interest high power people who need continual ego stroking and who will put a spanner in your works just because they can and you also have some high interest low power people who you need to fight for.
In terms of scoping does detail = control and what do we mean by that?
Is there such a thing as an expert judgement or are there only opinions?
Prepping for a test thing, so would really appreciate any input from experienced PMs. .
