    They're more likely to say, 'I should have so much' and not comment on what others should have.

    Hence the unequal blessings bit.

    Don't confuse the poor sod.

    I would say the chief benefits of socialism is as a buffer to help protect against 'the unacceptable faces' (or is that faeces) of capitalism.

    Mr. Churchill said ...

    the inherant virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries."
