So long as they charge EDS or Accenture with actual implementation you can be damn sure it won't be anytime soon, heck if they can't get bloody child credits working then how can you expect those clowns create massive distributed system for all cars in the UK?

Oh dear, HMG want to create mass road tolls
BBCAnother pig in a poke, to no discernable benefit, that will cost you and me.In a leaked letter in the Sunday Times, Transport Secretary Douglas Alexander will seek powers to create toll roads across the UK to combat congestion.
Local authorities currently set charges - such as London's - but in the letter Mr Alexander says he should be able to set simpler national standards.
