MI Analyst - Service Centre - Crystal Reporting/SQL/VBA
PTS is working on behalf of a leading global finance client. Our client is currently seeking to hire an MI Analyst to work in their busy Service Centre. This role will measure operational performance and the delivery of in-depth Business Intelligence through the use of dashboards, customer satisfaction measurement and analytics. The role will also cover compliance and risk management as appropriate. Candidates who have previous experience in VBA/SQL Scripting, Crystal Reporting, Dashboard software and HP Service Centre 6 or 9 are encouraged to apply for this role.
Role requirements:
•Maintenance of the Service Centre reporting portfolio
•Delivery of ad-hoc report requests
•Analysis of data to identify trends and process improvements
•Measurement of customer satisfaction
•Investigation of data anomalies
•Presentation of reporting at all levels within the organisation
•Extraction, analysing and delivery of reporting to support problem management
•Live reporting via dashboard interfaces to facilitate operational service management
•Maintenance of the Centre data warehouse via data mining of key source systems
•Management of batch jobs to facilitate report automation
Essential technical knowledge:
•Previous experience working in a Contact Centre within a Business Intelligence team
•Advanced/Expert knowledge of:
◦Microsoft SQL Scripting, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
•Expert knowledge of Crystal Reporting and dashboard creation
•Previous industrial experience of Customer Satisfaction Measurement
•Knowledge of SNAP or other customer survey tools
•Expert knowledge of Cisco Contact Centre data mining (CCaaS)
•Advanced knowledge of data warehouse management and structuring
