    I've often thought about having a quick kpi in the bog at ClientCo sites, particularly after a big lunch but never actually done it...

    Or, on topic, is this part of staff appraisals - hilarious things - one sure-fire reason for avoiding permiedom.

    Contractor appraisals

    Is he (she) any good? Do we need them?

    Yes = give them money
    No = fook them off
