Love playing golf, hate virtually anything to do with golf clubs (not the sticks). I did join one club for a few years but had nowt to do with the admin of it, just turned up with mates to play. Now I just get a game wherever I can.
NW golf meet anyone ?

Detailed write up of all IoW's crazy golf courses here. BBC - h2g2 - Crazy Golf and Putting Courses on the Isle of Wight - A5170961Originally posted by Freamon View PostYes but are they any good?
Brighton has at least 2 (possibly more) but only one of them is any good.
Littlehampton has 2 good ones and another fairly rubbish one.

What is that bloke at the front doing to that poor dog?Originally posted by gricerboy View PostIndeed I am Mich, indeed I am.
And thanks for reminding me because I was in the middle of compiling this year's edition of Gricer's Golfing Almanac - A Review of 2013 (exclusive to these pages) and if it weren't for you I'd have forgotten all about it!
Watch this space...
To the OP - if it makes any difference, I do prefer this though :

I do. I enjoy golf.
The hopelessly uncoordinated are unlikely to take to it obviously, as are the unconvertably ill-mannered, but there are golf courses available for all social strata.
