Don't we just love them and all their little japes and frolicks they play with our reputations and sanity, other personal favorites -
1. Saying you have been submitted when you know they haven't because you have an inside track on the hiring manager through a mate that's there. Then when you call them out they try bsing there way out of the situation
2. Sell you on some bs claim they are on the PSL for a vacancy you already saw on a job board and the only agency that can get you in.
3. Get an interview, tell you they are sole agency and then when you turn up you find out there are 3 other agencies involved.
I could go on but i'm boring myself and probably the rest of you who deal with the same inane bollocks all the time.
How do you know if a Recruitment Agent is lying?
