Can't they just rotate the blades and the windmill direction so the blades are sideways on to the wind?

Or does their aerofoil shape mean there is no neutral position?

Still it's not like a lightweight composite aerofoil is likely to travel far in a strong wind is it....

I think the cabin is supposed to rotate sideways on, but the one in the vid was scuppered when the power failed coz the power lines blew down in the wind.
