    This is a good point. There should be some kind of international standard to determine where the building stops and the penis extension bits begin.

    As a starter for ten, i'd like to propose the height of the highest khazi since if a man can't have a tulip in privacy, it can't be considered a building. Any advance on that?

    The Fernsehturm has a mast making up almost half of its height though. The Shard is a building almost all the way to the top.

    apparently the Eiffel Tower was due to be demolished after it was erected for a world trade fair (or something) but then someone realised it made a great radio broadcast tower and so it remains to this day..
