I have also been deboomed by the powers that be at the B.O.E.
Headcount for "department" is now 14.3 people.
Manager and 4 Team Leads = 5 (a bit top-heavy would you say?)
This leaves 9.3 people to build and maintain the Infrastructure for you £ earners and spenders.
