    There is a really good Indian in Chapel Market (Angel), only one i really go to now. doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is fantastic.

    I was about to recommend Sitaaray in Dury Lane but then I found the link to the article in the evening standard about them being closed down due to the inspectors finding rat poo and rotting mice in the place

    I just spent a week roughing it on iron rations and I cant think of a better plan to get the taste buds salivating.
    Oh to taste a nice fish an chips supper, or a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice.

    One thing I should give London top marks for working in, and that's the choice, and quality of the food on offer. Working in Shoreditch currently, and my, the choices on offer seem endless, and flavours intoxicating.

    Working in Warrington gave me the option of butties, pies or jacket spuds. Far more civilised in London.
