which have seen him go from working at the forefront of the computer world to being unable to use a normal mouse and keyboard.

Yet he worked here, a chain of second hand shops, which I don't think is the forefront of the computer world: http://www.mgeshops.com/ and there are people with one or no hands successfully using computers. Knob.
