Well, after 3rd time Cylons appears exactly 33 minutes after jump it would be obvious some ship got tracker, the quick solution is to split fleet into main group and X ships that will go separately, then rejoin with fleet, this would allow to catch group that contains ship with track. Given 50 ships in the group, and willing to take lowest risk of losing said small ship(s) one can order just 1 ship at a time to go separately, this would require 50 jumps in total, which is 5 times less than those guys did before even starting to suspect something dodgy.
Make it 5 ships in group and it will only take 10 jumps to locate the tracker group, which can then be broke down further to eliminate single ship (or more than one) responsible.
Obvious strategy, but puny mortals did not think of it...
Alexei,
if YOU are unable to determine what type of retard is required, there is scant little chance that anyone else amongst us will have a scooby. With the obvious exception of milanbenes obviously.
ok, so they jump every 33 minutes because Cylons somehow find them, fair enough, but what kind of retard it takes to have to do like 270 (!) jumps to actually start thinking fleet is tracked? Heck, 3 times in a row would have been just enough, humans ffs.
