MF,

plan b continues at an acceptable pace.

The pieces of the puzzle are being completed, slightly later than originally planned, however, as this is the beginning the team cannot be expected to get everything right on the first run time wise, not to mention, nobody has given up their day job and considering the future, as plan b grows and members of the implementation team move into it on a full time basis the time delays we have experienced so far should be eliminated as respective members of the team will be dedicated full time to completing their tasks.
