    Celeriac.

    Was going to do potato rostis the other day but had run out of potatoes so did it with celeriac instead. Added some nutmeg and a splosh of balsamic vinegar which caramelised to form a nice crust. Delicious...

    Sorry, scratch that, the real answer is Cauliflower flavoured with a coriander pesto sauce - yum yum.

    Peas are a fruit just like chillies, tomatoes and cucumbers. While the rest contain seeds the pea is the seed.
