    Graham Braker

Some greta musical otput on BBC4 last night.

I've already posted om the pub rock programme but that was followed up with an excellent documentary on Graham Barker and the Rumour.

I never really new what sort of stuff they did as my only knowledge of them was from seeing their LPs in the bargain bin at HMV but I actually got the chance to see Barker a few years ago at Frimley Green Country Club - a local gig for him as he's a Deepcut lad - and they really rocked. Reminded me a bit of early Tom Pretty. Anyway I went straight out and bought Squeezing Out The Spots and I've been a fan ever since.

I will be dedicating this week to Graham & will be up in the attic later to get my Rumour LPs down. Can't wait.

Working...
