    Pass the soap? How did it get up there in the first place? Squatting might be more productive than bending. Try a laxative if it doesn't work.

    Alledgedly the practice has been to bend to both left and right in recent years so that one is done twice. A practice that is frowned upon by several successive speakers - it is apparently active abstention
