Sounds like straightforward envy

But if the women were putting forward some contentious argument, whether a fluffy one about needing to donate more to people in poor countries or the opposite, like arguing that the NHS should be abolished or that student loans were a Good Thing, then maybe the hecklers were simply expressing hostility to that. But poor form even so, for people who are supposed to be educated.

Ummm, that bit about frigidity; that's not a reference to appearance and it can't be solved with a dab of make-up or a sexy black dress; I would have hoped that university students would know that.
