Nationwide House Price Index Feb 2013

Latest figures from Nationwide suggest the price of a typical home (remember that this is calculated nationally) rose by 0.2% in Feb but remains unchanged since Feb 2012.

An interesting point for the landlords amongst you chaps is that the increased demand for rental property continues to put upwards pressure on rents. In the decade before the financial crisis rental growth persistently lagged behind earnings growth but this has now reversed.
