I saw one of those in Snatch .... hang on that was a pig farm, it is hard to tell the difference.

Power midgets

This place seems to be filled with uptight dwarfs in managerial positions.

Must be some kind of secret midget self betterment clique thing going on, only way I can explain how this has come about.
