The neighbour I don't get on with goes to the same gym as me.

He turned round as I was entering the gym floor, and lost his balance falling rather spectacularly off the moving treadmill.

Now, what is it that comes before a fall? Oh yes, I remember now.......

You missed a good oppurtunity there, what you should have done is rushed over and helped them up checking they were ok, sitting them down on a chair and getting them a cup of tea, then they would have been forced to thank you thus opeing up a conversation, which would then have allowed both of you to skip home arm in arm now the best of pals
