I seem to have spun off my own inadverdant thread.
Perhaps Man U aren't the best crowd to protest. They all eventually caved in and bought season tickets anyway.
Just the same way England stopped resisting the Royals...and now look at what the English are left with. Sadly in this "current environement" - protestors would be categorised as terrorists and placed under house arrest. And the Chavs would be left ...do whatever Chav's do...shop and vote Labour.
Sal.

When they talk about wine whay they mean is Thunderbird. It's the Chavs' Chateau de laTour.
Do they still sell Thunderbird? Had a sip once at a mate's BBQ - his wife is a complete and utter chav - nearly threw up on the spot.

I'm not too sure about that. Is there a distinction to be made between chavs and pikeys? As far as I'm concerned they're all scum and should be treated as one and the same. However, due to falling standards in this once fair nation, it is possible for plumbers and builders to earn vast amounts of money (cash in hand x state benefits x earnings from crime). As a result these filthy degenerates are able to buy whopping mansions in Surrey. As for wine...how many times have I heard some Jodie Marsh look-a-like describing the joys of wine?Surely when you are talking about Chavs you mean your typical dole scrounging scoucer or each and every Burbery coated Gooner.

"Because being predominatly Chav like they voted this shower in."
Well that is bollox! I thought the common trait about Man U fans is that most are prawn sadwich eaters from Surrey. Not your typical chav in my opinion. Surely when you are talking about Chavs you mean your typical dole scrounging scoucer or each and every Burbery coated Gooner.

...or is that Liverpool fans?
