By not complaining you will allow them to become complaicent in their approach to fellow diners

Make sure the raw fish is Sushi grade!Within hours after ingestion of infective larvae, violent abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting may occur. Occasionally, the larvae are regurgitated. If the larvae pass into the bowel, a severe eosinophilic granulomatous response may also occur one to two weeks following infection, causing symptoms mimicking Crohn's disease.
Diagnosis can be made by gastroscopic examination, during which the 2-cm larvae are visually observed and removed, or by histopathologic examination of tissue removed at biopsy or during surgery.

I've ordered a delivery from them before and it was fine.
Though the bit where i ordered using the numbers and he translated it into names then spent 5 minutes translating it back ino numbers wasn't fine.
I will complain when i've eaten. I get too grumpy on an empty stomach.

indeed.
If someone who's serving sushi doesn't know what a mackerel is, I'd get the hell out of there. You're talking about raw fish FFS, you need people who know exactly what they're doing with it.
