Yep, but it tells me something about the management's attitudes. I don't expect the till monkey to be a fully qualified sushi chef, but if he's providing service in a sushi bar he should bloody well know what the most common kinds of fish are, and if he doesn't then I won't trust the plaice.

Though the bit where i ordered using the numbers and he translated it into names then spent 5 minutes translating it back ino numbers wasn't fine.

I will complain when i've eaten. I get too grumpy on an empty stomach.
