The last time I sat one the C++ one I managed 96%.
However, at that point I was interviewing like mad and spent most evenings googling C++ interview questions and researching anything I might not know.
In the space of two weeks I went from stumbling through some technical questions to acing pretty much every one of them without any actual increase in my programming skill. Made me realise how pointless a lot of technical interviews are.
Very few companies actually had me write a program for them!

I got an honest 80%, with good in all areas
I quite liked the test to be honest.

They aren't that difficult, but if you struggle on some of the questions you can always browse the html, find the code, paste it into an IDE and compile to see the result.
I've heard of bobs getting their mates all round to help them complete them, so I feel more than justified with the odd bit of reverse-engineering.....

International knowledge managment or something.
They do a range of technical tests with a multiple choice questions format. There is usually more than one right answer but some are more right than others and the tests adapt as you do them so the better you are the harder the questions get.
A couple of agents have asked me to complete them to help get me to a client - I think the agency gets an email with a breakdown of how well you did (overall mark, strong and weak areas etc).

IKM test
These technical test seem to be used as screening devices at the moment.
Has anyone paid to join as a client to practice doing the tests?Tags: None
