Given all the chavvy twats with illegal HID lights, how long before a cart mows down a bike because the driver was temporarily blinded by the cyclist's badly adjusted chav lasers?

Some drivers don't need an excuse anyway - just getting anywhere near them or going faster than them in stationery traffic is enough.

Umm, that's rather silly. Seeing as down my way none of the country roads or cycle paths are lit, the big problem on a really dark night is seein where the road is, even with a mag-lite attached to the bars. This thing might put red lines out in front of me to ride along, but if the red lines happen to lead me into a ditch they're pretty useless.

I can't seeing many drivers taking any notice of this. Far better to have lasers which can destroy cars.
