Have you considering buying www.Iamsosorry<her name here>.com, then building a website full of pictures of roses and the word 'sorry' repeated all over it?
That's probably a winner, and definitely won't be the final nail in the coffin of the court order preventing you from contacting her or coming within 500 metres of her.

DON'T whatever you do make such a direct and personal contact as IM.
Far better to put a message on her facebook page that links to your twitter feed that contains the apology.
