Hang on so basically you are wanting kudos for being "extended" to your original end date, on a job you are underselling yourself and for this honor they made you come back from your holiday early?!

In this climate shouldn't complain, to be honest was sure this one would die it's natural, but we have a siduation here in that while there is eff all to do at the coal face, the PM's etc think we need resource, so be it.

As this role is particularly boring, and I was slightly miffed with it cos:

1. Was told role is NOT SC - turns out it is, would have bunged an extra £50 a day on for that.

2. Three monther, turned out it was a six-seeker cos clientco only procures in six week lumps. This is second lump.

3. Called me back from hols in Spain Monday Urgent Start, turned up - not expecting me.....

Well, mostly my fault, took eye off ball, have four more irons in fire, so might try and string acceptance out in hope, but at the end of the day, it's something till the huge contractor demand explosion next year now Abu Hamza has gone. Plus it's five days notice from me so if I get summert better, I can bail if reluctant to do,...

Rate ok, not my best, keeps the war chest topped up, but there's nowt worse than a boring contract with not much to do....
