iPhone 5 nano SIM - How are you getting yours?

Stories on t'internet abound that supplies of nano SIMs are limited to folks upgrading on a full contract.

I'm on a SIM only contract with Orange... my phone should arrive tomorrow, I'll visit my local Orange store and see if they'll give me a SIM.

As a fallback, I've ordered one of those SIM cutter thingies to chop my SIM down to nano size. Plus I'll need sandpaper to make it thinner!

How are you getting your nano SIM ?
