IP TV Box

Does anyone here know about thing about IPtv box,so i can receive ADMC sports (abu Duabi station) through it?

I want to watch premier league footy and trier subscription is under £100 for the year.

The other option is viewing the football via my pc, does anyone know a reliable proxy server for Africa.

Seems a **cheaper** alternative to the motorised dish.
