Oh and in London there are women only gyms. I tried to join one of these by tucking my willy in between my legs and pretending to be a woman, I think it was my large hands that gave it away.

And then you need to sit on the same bit of kit. Urgh !!
Dim Prawn: check out google images for that kind of thing. "pert toned women (desperately seeking IT geek)" You might get a result.
With all these cute East Europeans I've heard about in London there is a bit of competition now.

Yesterday I achieved a new record for cycling my round trip commute to one of my clients: 1 hour 52 minutes 36 seconds. Which is really bloomin' fast. I was musing, this morning as it happens, that theoretically I should be able to achieve 1:46, but the restriction is the other cyclists: their getting in the way slows me down ever so much.
Anyways was kept cool by a strong headwind all the way, but at that speed you can't but help but have a headwind.

I was going to go to the gym last last night but, what with chronic sunburn on the top third of my back, I opted to stay in, watch a film and have a kebab instead.
An hour down the allotment on Sunday afternoon and I'm left suffering for the rest of the week. Typical.
