Previously on "Aussies get their excuses in first"
Are we really in a position to boast when we are doing tulip ourselves?! Only saving grace is that everything is Team GB so as an Ulsterman I can side step with a "I'm not with them"
Actually I don't think anyone is boasting. We're doing pretty poorly if you ask me.
Exactly - Our best events haven't started in anger yet. Track cycling later this week, rowing is ongoing but most of the finals haven't taken place yet. We're nailed on a gold and silver double in the Mens Triathlon and a very good chance of gold in the Womens.
Patience...
Time trials too; just a shame Wiggins rode a long way in the road racce instead of staying fresh, but he's had a few days recovery now.
Anyway, Track Cycling begins on Turdsday; bring on the medals.

No we aren't and no you can't.

Quick word to anyone visiting the rowing competition; please feel free to shout, blow horns, whistle, set off fireworks, ring bells, fart into megaphones, anything to make a bloody racket when the Aussies are rowing.
